Beach Side Condo

The SoBe condo was a great spot for my girlfriends and I on our trip to Miami. It was clean, a great location, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this spot for a group. There were some issues with communication when maintenance came unannounced as well as guests from the upstairs unit believing they were supposed to access our unit when an elevator was broken. These concerns were left unaddressed by the host. Despite these issues, overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the condo.

Came for my bach, phenomenal property. So much space that too in such a prime location. Only had an issue with the lock but place was outstanding. Had a great great time!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with so many useful amenities. You could tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making the space welcoming and enjoyable for guests. The location was phenomenal and made getting around so easy, which was especially nice while traveling with friends. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Brittani the property manager was fantastic!! We had a emergency situation occur at about 2 am. She responded to our message promptly. Sent someone over to evaluate the issue. When it was clear it could not be easily fixed, she provided us a hotel for that night. And then arranged alternate accommodations for the remainder of our stay. She provided chic fila level customer service!! It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely book with Luxri rentals again.

Party of 7, including teens and twenty something’s. Perfect size for our group. Jonathan and Elly were very flexible and communicative. Location is prime for beach, restaurants, shopping. As it was an older building front bedroom could hear traffic at night but not horrible. Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. As someone else mentioned, we did have someone open the door twice so make sure you lock the deadbolt upon entering. There must be multiple units upstairs. Multiple beach chairs and umbrellas available which was so nice to have. Would definitely stay again.

This an exceptional home to stay in within the art deco district. You are a 2 min walk from ocean drive and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The home is a loft, art-deco style with its own walk way and very safe surrounding. My travel companionship and I enjoyed this home very much. Great place to stay.

I wish I could live here! This place was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible—tucked away with a private entry, yet it was so much fun to just step outside and walk to the local cafes, coffee shops, and the beach. Every morning, it was so nice to step outside into what felt like my own private courtyard filled with lush, green tropical plants and flowers. On top of that, the entire space was impeccably clean. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and features incredibly comfy beds with a TV in every single room. Our family had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend it enough!

We had the best stay here for my bachelorette! The space comfortably slept all 9 of us girls and was exactly what we needed—clean, chic, and so well put together. The location truly couldn’t have been better; everything was super walkable, which made the whole weekend so easy and fun. It looked exactly like the photos (if not better!). Would absolutely recommend for a group stay!

The space and location couldn’t be any better for a weekend in South Beach. The host was super responsive. One remote needed new batteries and we receive a knock on our door no less than 15 minutes later. A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s place. It is a beautiful, clean, and modern place. The location is absolutely perfect. You are very close to the beach and you can easily walk to great restaurants nearby. The place is spotless and spacious for a bigger group. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place - amazing location. Jonathan was very fast to get us checked in as we missed a flight connection in Miami and needed somewhere to stay pretty late at night. We stayed there for 2 nights. Really spacious, amazing location - walk to everything in literally 10 minutes. Surprisingly quiet at night which we were worried about as it's so central. Very clean, great space to hang out. Would recommend 100%. Thank you!

Overall it was a great experience!

5:30am on the first night there someone walked into our unit. Host stated we left door unlocked which we disagree, the person who walked in said he was given the code and told to meet someone here. 15 mins after he leaves someone else comes and rings the doorbell saying they’re here to party with the guys from last night. Luckily we were home and awake otherwise could have been much worse. Relocated the next day. It’s a good location but for privacy and safety concerns I would not ever book again.

Despite the professional photos, keep in mind that this is a party pad right off Collins and it is in dire need of maintenance. It appears to have been converted from some kind of storage warehouse and the finishes do not justify this price point. Problem areas include: - severe water damage in many areas, - "handyman special" shower installations, - creaks in seemingly every door, - harsh overhead lighting (not a single lamp in the main area) and - a bizarre layout where three rooms share a single bathroom. But the location is ideal for south beach bar crawling, the main space is large, and the couch is comfortable. If you're looking for a party house, this is the one.

Fantastic location! A perfect “home away from home” whilst we were visiting South Beach.

Do not book this property under any circumstances. I booked this apartment for 10 days at ~$1,000/night based on attractive photos and positive reviews. Upon arrival, I immediately canceled and left. The reality was shockingly different from what was advertised: shabby furnishings, cheap foam pillows and linens, dusty and damp conditions, and a boarded-up building in an unsafe-feeling neighborhood. This was not the quality property depicted in the photos. When I requested cancellation, the hosts initially responded but completely ghosted me. They refused to provide a fair refund despite the clear misrepresentation of the property.

The space is luxurious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true luxury Miami stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This house was perfect to host our entire friend group under one roof on South Beach. The location is truly great and amazingly walkable.

When I say this is the place to Stay! This is the place to stay! It was very Beautiful and was located by everything we wanted to do! I will stay again and again! The Host was so nice and responded very quick! Thank you for having us! It was a girls trip of 8 and had plenty of room for 10. We will be back!🙌🏽💯🏆

A 4 bedroom in close proximity to South Beach is a gem to find! Everything you need for your stay is within walking distance!

We absolutely loved the place! The house was clean, beautiful, and exactly like the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Jonathan and Elly were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the parking. It was a bit tricky to find, and you’ll need to pay and renew it every few hours. Still, that’s understandable given the prime location. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday with a group of friends and we had a blast! Place was clean and hosts were very responsive. We were walking distance to South beach and about a 25 minute drive to downtown Miami. Highly recommend!

This spot was absolutely perfect for our trip with friends. It is in a vibrant location, in walking distance to several restaurants, bodega-style shops, and the beach. The Airbnb itself is a huge space that accommodates large parties very comfortably. It has a private entrance, which was very convenient and felt like a little hideaway where we could decompress after activities. Highly recommend!!

Johnathan’s place was everything he said it was in his listing. Close to the beach, very clean, all you can ask for when you’re on a trip. If you ever needed anything he was always available and quick to answer. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Location. Easy walk to beach and great restaurants

Great large apartment very close to the action of South Beach but without the noise of Ocean Drive - 4 big bedrooms with 5 double beds and loads of space - well stocked - really good place for a short break.

The location couldn’t be more ideal if you want to be in the mix and the centre of all the action on South Beach. The apartment was spacious and matched the photos. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival but apart from that no complaints.

This was a great place for our family to stay!! It was very nice! It was also very close to the beach and walkable to everything we needed! I love how the owner kept close contact with us the whole trip in case we needed anything!

Jonathan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. His home is spacious and worked perfectly for our group. It was well located for our weekend at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The home was well stocked and pristine. We will definitely reserve it again the next time we are in Miami Beach.

Here’s a review that captures your experience clearly and professionally: I wish I could give this place a better review because the location was fantastic, but unfortunately, the condo itself was a disaster. Upon arrival, I took a shower and walked down the hall, only to find my feet sticking to the floor, turning black from the dirt. Looking around, I found food left in the sink—lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado—and the dishwasher was full of food and smelled awful. I immediately messaged the property manager, who did send cleaners the next day, but the unit was so dirty that they had to clean from 10 AM to 4 PM, making it unusable for the entire day. Later that evening, the rest of our group arrived, and we quickly realized that none of the four bedrooms had mirrors, making it extremely difficult to get ready. The issues didn’t stop there. The next day, our bathroom lights started flickering like a strobe, the shower was leaking so badly that the bathroom flooded, and the plug in the

This is a nice space in a GREAT location, with nice decor and easy access to South Beach. However, the apartment needs to be better maintained. The floors and bathroom were dirty upon arrival, the AC unit leaked on our first day, there was a leak in the ceiling one night, and the dishwasher did not work. The hosts were very responsive and addressed most of these issues during our stay. I think the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment could be improved. If that were fixed it would be a perfect spot.

This was the perfect hidden gem for our group on a holiday weekend. The place was clean and well laid out. The location couldn’t have been better. Jonathan’s communications were excellent. The gym was a very nice addition for the size of the building. We would definitely stay again.

Jonathan's place was a great value for the location, size and number of rooms. It was clean, as pictured and a 5 min walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Everything was walkable. The keyless check in was good too as we had multiple guests. The space is fairly well equipped with most of what we needed. TV's in every room, spacious living room. It was also nice to have housekeeping come in daily, would've been nice to have beach towels at the ready upon check in, but they brought the next day. I'd recommend this for families or larger parties. It's new and I think they're still figuring out their process of how to communicate with guests (between the actual host and the person who's supposed to help), but for the price and location it was fine.

Increíble lugar!! nos sentimos como en casa, muy cómodos, a solo 1 cuadra de la playa así que pudimos disfrutar todos los días. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible con el acceso y la salida, lo que nos dejó muy contentos y volveríamos sin dudas :)

Our stay in South Beach was fantastic! Jonathans place was perfect for our group of 7 with plenty of room and big kitchen/living room space to gather. The space was very modern and clean with good air conditioning, new appliances, and comfy beds. The location is right where the action is with many restaurants and cafes within a few mins walk. The white sand beach is only about a 10 min walk as well. Even though South Beach is wild late into the evening we couldn’t hear any of it from inside the AirBnb. Lastly, Jonathan was very communicative making the process super easy. Would highly recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone visiting South Beach with a large group!
