Centrally located to Las Olas just a few blocks from the canal where free water taxis to the city of Las Olas which offers restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all, and boat ferry rides to beach access.

Villa Rio is over 4,000 square feet which is very spacious to host 16 guests. The home is also located in a prime located convenient to the airport, beach, and Las Olas Blvd!
Bedroom 1 (Primary): 1 King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 2 Double Beds (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and Sofa Bed (Sleeps 3)
In the entry way there is additional twin size bed or day bed that sleeps 1. We also have a queen air mattress that sleeps 2.
There's an outdoor shower around the side of the home as well as another half bath outside if you do not want to go inside while wet from enjoying the pool!
