No parties, no guests allowed not on reservation, number of guests on booking is amount allowed in the house. no loud music, no drugs, no parking on the street. Use of dock is an additional fee must be cleared prior to check in. Proof of insurance and registration required. No packages delivered to home. Not responsible for any packages sent. No early drop off of luggage. Check in is at 4pm. Checkout is at 11am. 4 cars maximum. One gate clicker and one house key is given at check in. Loss of any of these items will cost the guest $350. Also, the garage is off limits to guests.
