Specific access instructions are provided once booking is confirmed. Each room is generously sized and this location could not be better. Just 1 to the beach. The vibrant nightlife and world-class dining on Lincoln Rd, Espanola and Ocean Dr are all within walking distance! This unit has its own entrance and exit to the building. This is a private 4-bedroom condo that is roughly 2,500 sqft. A Manager will meet you at check-in to provide tour and give instructions and answer any questions you may have. Parking is street parking or parking garages (every other side block). This is a NEW listing without reviews, but please see my other co-hosted properties with my team members and you will see this is just another amazing addition to accommodate our South Beach requests.
